Search by keyword across invoices, prospects, contracts, projects, tasks, and products in one question, then pull the full details of any record. Surface overdue invoices, unsigned contracts, pipeline status, and open tasks.
- Create and update records
Where your role can make changes, the assistant can too: draft invoices and receipts, build proposals, create and update contracts, add and move prospects, manage products, and work across projects and tasks. Enlivy tells your assistant which actions change your data, and your assistant's settings decide whether it asks you before taking one.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect in four steps
Nothing to install on your machine and no API keys to manage. You approve the connection by signing in with your Enlivy account.
- Open connector settings
In Claude, go to Settings then Connectors and choose Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, Cursor, or VS Code, add a new MCP server.
- Paste the Enlivy address
Enter the Enlivy server address, https://mcp.enlivy.com/mcp, and pick the remote or OAuth option if the client asks for it.
- Sign in with Enlivy
Sign in, review the assistant's access and pick which organizations it can use. You can disconnect it later.
- Start chatting
The assistant can now use Enlivy. Try "List my unpaid invoices" or "Summarize my open contracts."
Works together with
- Users Clients, suppliers, and colleagues share one list in Enlivy. Open anyone's record to see what they owe you or you owe them, their documents, reports, and proposals, as far as your role allows.
- Tasks Keep team work beside the invoices, prospects and projects it concerns. Tasks are included for every organization at no extra charge, with no separate Tasks subscription or task-count quota.
- Helpdesk Website chat, client portal messages and email from your connected mailbox arrive in shared inboxes. Your team assigns and answers them, and reviews email from unknown senders.
- Document Intake Start with a document, choose where it belongs and review the form; an AI reading you request can suggest its details.
- Dashboard Start the day with what is waiting on you, such as overdue invoices or bank transactions to classify, and open the list behind each one. Arrange the widgets for yourself, or for the whole team if you manage the organization.
- Employment Records Record each employment, what the person did each day and how long to keep each record. The rules come from the person's jurisdiction, not your company address.
- User Roles Give every user the right access with role-based permissions. Decide who can invoice, manage payroll records, or reach the back office, and adapt roles as your team grows.
- Billing Schedules Set up a subscription or payment plan and see what is paid and what is pending. For your clients, Enlivy issues each cycle's invoice on the billing date and charges a saved card, if there is one.
- Billing Packages Sell one package on six billing cycles and let customers manage their subscription. With the Billing Schedules pack, Enlivy invoices each cycle and charges cards through your Stripe account.
- Taxes Give a product or invoice line a tax class, and Enlivy applies the rate that fits the customer's status and location. For companies based in 32 European countries, Enlivy keeps ready-made classes up to date.
- Reports Replace chat and email updates with structured reports your team fills in. Define the questions and rhythm once in a schema, share it, and compare every submission in Enlivy.
- Receipts Record money in and money out, keep the payment file with each receipt, and let Enlivy issue the receipt when you mark an invoice paid with one of the payment methods you set for automatic receipts.
- Slack Integration Stop checking dashboards to find out what changed. Enlivy brings important moments directly into Slack, from payments and proposals to Helpdesk conversations. Connect once, choose your events and route them to the right channels.
- Sales Pipeline See which opportunities are moving forward, review the conversation before you follow up and keep proposals close to the deal.
- Proposals Quote the work in detail, share it with the customer and follow its progress through acceptance, signature and payment when those steps apply.

- Bank Transactions Bring every transaction into Enlivy, synced from your bank, imported from a file or entered by hand, and link each one to the invoice, receipt or payslip it belongs to.
- Bank Account Data Connect your business bank accounts with the Banking pack and see each account's balance and transactions in Enlivy. New transactions come in several times a day, ready to link to the invoices and receipts they settle.
