WHAT IT IS

Your Business Data, in the Same Window as Your Work

Enlivy speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI assistants use to connect to outside tools.

Add Enlivy as a connector, sign in once with your Enlivy login, and your AI can read and act on your real business data just by chatting.

  • Reach your whole business

Invoices, proposals, prospects, contracts, projects, and more, all through one connection.

  • Scoped to your permissions

The assistant acts as you, never beyond what you are allowed to do.

  • Reads and writes

Ask questions and get real work done, not just look things up.

  • Works with the assistant you already use

One connection, the AI client of your choice.

CAPABILITIES

Ask, Create, and Analyze

Three things your assistant can do once Enlivy is connected, all grounded in your real, current data.

  • Ask about your business

Search by keyword across invoices, prospects, contracts, projects, tasks, and products in one question, then pull the full details of any record. Surface overdue invoices, unsigned contracts, pipeline status, and open tasks.

  • Create and update records

With your permission, the assistant makes real changes: draft invoices and receipts, build proposals, create and update contracts, add and move prospects, manage products, and work across projects and tasks.

  • Pull reports and analytics

Filter invoices by date or status, count and summarize what matters, and roll figures up across your data. It fetches the real, current numbers and reasons over them rather than estimating.

WHY IT MATTERS

Faster Said Than Clicked

For a quick lookup, a routine record you would rather dictate than fill in, or a "summarize everything about X" that would otherwise mean opening five tabs.

  • Your tool of choice:

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, or any other MCP-compatible client, each scoped to its own user.

  • It speaks your language:

the setup guide comes in English, Romanian, German, French, Dutch, and Danish, so your whole team can connect in the language they work in.

  • It reads and writes

Not a read-only dashboard. Draft an invoice, create a proposal, log a prospect, update a contract, add a task, all from the conversation.

  • It reaches your whole business

The same breadth as Enlivy itself: sales pipeline, billing, contracts, banking, projects, products, payroll, and team. Not a thin slice.

  • A business analyst on tap

It can search, filter, and total your records, doubling as an on-demand analyst working from live data scoped to your organization, not estimates.

  • It grows with Enlivy

The connection learns Enlivy's capabilities live from the product. As Enlivy ships new features, your assistant can use them without reinstalling anything.

WHY IT MATTERS

Things You Can Just Say

No menus, no screens. Type it the way you would say it to a colleague.

  • List all my unpaid invoices and tell me the total amount outstanding right now.

  • Summarize my open contracts: who the counterparty is, the status, and which are unsigned.

  • Draft an invoice for Acme, 12 hours of consulting at 90 euro, show me before sending.

  • Add a prospect, Riverside Studios, a marketing agency, and log an intro call for today.

  • Which proposals are still unaccepted, and which have been sitting longer than 14 days?

  • Find everything related to Northwind across my invoices, contracts, and prospect records.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect in Four Steps

Nothing to install on your machine and no API keys to manage. It is the standard sign-in-with-Enlivy flow.

  1. Open connector settings

In Claude, go to Settings then Connectors and choose Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, Cursor, or VS Code, add a new MCP server.

  2. Paste the Enlivy address

Enter the Enlivy server address when prompted, and pick the remote or OAuth option if the client asks for it.

  3. Sign in with Enlivy

Follow the prompts to sign in, choose which organization to allow, and approve the level of access: read-only or read-and-write, by area.

  4. Start chatting

The assistant can now use Enlivy. Try "List my unpaid invoices" or "Summarize my open contracts."
