THE EXPORT ADVANTAGE
Everything your accountant needs, in one archive
Choose the period, the record types and the formats.
Each month your accountant needs the month's documents, and gathering them by hand takes time and invites mistakes.
In Enlivy you choose the period and the record types, and download one archive, with the dates in your timezone. Each record type gets its own folder, which you can split into incoming and outgoing documents.
Send it to your accountant every month, or keep it as your own copy.
-
Built-in, no setup required
Export is built into your Enlivy account, at no extra cost and with no third-party tools. Log in and export.
-
Designed for accountants and compliance
Made for accountants and auditors, with filters, date formats, folders and summary spreadsheets.
-
A consistent export every month
Every export uses the same layout, one folder per record type, so your accountant finds each month's files in the same place. If some documents could not be added, Enlivy tells you how many are missing.
Export exactly what you need, when you need it
Customize your exports with flexible filters, date ranges, and data types.
- Choose what to export
Select from invoices, receipts, payslips, contracts, bank transactions, network exchanges and prospects (the leads you are working on). Each person sees only the record types their role gives them access to.
- Filter by date field
Filter by "Issued At", "Created At", "Paid At" or "Updated At". Bank transactions, contracts, network exchanges and prospects go by the date they were created or updated.
- Set time period and timezone
Set the export range with a simple From and To selector, and make sure the dates and times match your organization's timezone or reporting jurisdiction.
- Clean structure, with a summary
Keep one folder per record type, or split each folder into incoming and outgoing documents. Optionally add a summary spreadsheet for each type, so accountants and auditors see what the archive holds without opening every file.

Use it every month, for what matters most
Enlivy’s Export feature isn’t just flexible. It’s essential for your month-end routines.

Export the month's invoices, receipts and contracts with a summary spreadsheet for each type, and add payslips, bank transactions and prospects as spreadsheets.

- Share reports with internal teams
Need to inform finance or leadership? Export financial docs from multiple categories in a consistent layout, with zero guesswork.

Export any range of months or years from the same page. The organization's owner can also request a full export of the organization's data as JSON files and download it when it is ready, so you are never locked in.
What types of data can I export?
Invoices, receipts, contracts, payslips, bank transactions, network exchanges and prospects. Invoices come as PDF or e-invoice files (such as Peppol), and payslips, bank transactions and prospects as spreadsheets.
Is there a cost to use the Export feature?
No. Export is free on every plan, with no pack needed.
Can I filter the export by date?
Yes. Invoices and receipts can be filtered by the date they were issued, paid, created or updated. Bank transactions, contracts, network exchanges and prospects are filtered by the date they were created or updated.
Can I export documents from previous years?
Yes. Choose any range of months or years.
Can I export everything at once?
Yes. Choose several record types for any period, and they come in one archive. The organization's owner can also request a full export of all the organization's data.
Can I re-export the same period multiple times?
Yes, as often as you need, with the same settings or different ones.
What does my accountant receive?
One archive, with a folder for each record type and, if you choose, a summary spreadsheet for each. You can also split the documents into incoming and outgoing.
How long does it take to generate an export?
It depends on the period and the number of documents. The archive is built in your browser, so keep the page open until you save it; it is not kept afterwards.
Works together with
- API Driven Solution Connect Enlivy to your other tools and platforms through its API, and build integrations that keep up as your business grows.
- Bank Account Data Connect your business bank accounts with the Banking pack and see each account's balance and transactions in Enlivy. New transactions come in several times a day, ready to link to the invoices and receipts they settle.
- Bank Transactions Bring every transaction into Enlivy, synced from your bank, imported from a file or entered by hand, and link each one to the invoice, receipt or payslip it belongs to.
- Billing Packages Sell one package on six billing cycles and let customers manage their subscription. With the Billing Schedules pack, Enlivy invoices each cycle and charges cards through your Stripe account.
- Billing Schedules Set up a subscription or payment plan and see what is paid and what is pending. For your clients, Enlivy issues each cycle's invoice on the billing date and charges a saved card, if there is one.
- Contracts Draft contracts from templates, send them for signature with an optional email or SMS code, and track every signature and renewal.
- Customer Portal A branded, self-service portal, on your own domain if you add one, where clients accept proposals, pay invoices, manage subscriptions and sign contracts themselves. Every action lands on the client's record in Enlivy.
- Dashboard Start the day with what is waiting on you, such as overdue invoices or bank transactions to classify, and open the list behind each one. Arrange the widgets for yourself, or for the whole team if you manage the organization.
- Document Intake Start with a document, choose where it belongs and review the form; an AI reading you request can suggest its details.
- Guidelines Document your best practices and policies, and keep your team aligned with clear, accessible guidelines.
- Helpdesk Website chat, client portal messages and email from your connected mailbox arrive in shared inboxes. Your team assigns and answers them, and reviews email from unknown senders.
- Invoices Create an invoice, send it to your client, and connect the contract, receipt or bank transaction that belongs with it. For Romanian eFactura, use the configured ANAF connection.
- MCP Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another MCP-compatible assistant to work with your invoices, contracts, and pipeline, within your own permissions.
- Network Exchanges If your company is Romanian, connect ANAF eFactura to receive invoices and submit those for Romanian clients, by hand or on a schedule. Elsewhere, download the e-invoice file and submit it yourself.
- Payslips Your accountant works out the figures, and you record each amount in Enlivy on its own line, under your country's payroll code. Enlivy checks that the lines match the payslip's totals.
- Playbooks Write step-by-step procedures for the work your team repeats, with checklists, files and video, and keep them up to date as the work changes.
- Products Build a reusable catalog of everything you sell, services or goods, with pricing, units, tax settings, and descriptions set once. Every product is ready to add to a proposal or invoice.
- Sales Pipeline See which opportunities are moving forward, review the conversation before you follow up and keep proposals close to the deal.
- Receipts Record money in and money out, keep the payment file with each receipt, and let Enlivy issue the receipt when you mark an invoice paid with one of the payment methods you set for automatic receipts.
- Reports Replace chat and email updates with structured reports your team fills in. Define the questions and rhythm once in a schema, share it, and compare every submission in Enlivy.
- Taxes Give a product or invoice line a tax class, and Enlivy applies the rate that fits the customer's status and location. For companies based in 32 European countries, Enlivy keeps ready-made classes up to date.
- Tasks Keep team work beside the invoices, prospects and projects it concerns. Tasks are included for every organization at no extra charge, with no separate Tasks subscription or task-count quota.
- Users Clients, suppliers, and colleagues share one list in Enlivy. Open anyone's record to see what they owe you or you owe them, their documents, reports, and proposals, as far as your role allows.
- Webhooks Moments after something happens in Enlivy (an invoice is paid, a transaction lands, a user changes), a webhook fires to your system. React to events instead of polling for changes or waiting on reports.
