How to Write Playbooks in Enlivy

    Start from the Playbooks Section

    From the left-side menu, go to Playbooks to access your dashboard. Click Add Playbook, then enter the name, description, select the playbook language, assign an owner, and optionally link it to a project.

    Select Your Structure and Add Content

    Choose the components that best fit your process by ticking the relevant boxes:

    • Has Start Point: Marks where the playbook begins.
    • Has Start Point Steps: Defines the initial steps to start the process.
    • Has Video?: Adds a video guide for clearer instructions.
    • Has Procedure Steps: Includes detailed step-by-step actions.
    • Has Support Files?: Attaches helpful documents or templates.
    • Has Checklist?: Adds a checklist to track progress.
    • Has End Point: Marks where the process ends.
    • Has Endpoint Steps: Outlines closing or wrap-up steps.
    • Has Best Practices: Shares tips and recommendations.
    • Has FAQ: Provides answers to common questions.

    After selecting your structure, you can add and customize the content for each section within the playbook editor, creating a clear and tailored guide.

    Once you’ve added all your content, save your playbook to lock in your changes.
