Connect your Romanian organization to ANAF e-Factura once. Incoming e-invoices then arrive in Enlivy on their own, and your invoices for Romanian clients go to ANAF when you push them or on the schedule you set. There is no extra charge and no limit on what Enlivy receives from ANAF.

Romania has a direct ANAF connection for incoming and outgoing invoices. The other countries shown here offer supported file formats for manual review and submission. A generated file is not proof that the receiving institution accepted it or that every local requirement was met.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. The Free account needs no payment card. You add one when you buy a paid pack or an add-on.

Does the Free account expire?

No. It stays free for as long as you use it. There is no time limit and no automatic charge. It is a genuine free plan, not a disguised trial. Accounts nobody signs in to for a year are deleted, after email warnings, and accounts that never confirm their email address are removed after 30 days.

Are Tasks free for the whole team?

Yes. Every organization can create and assign Tasks without buying a Tasks pack or meeting a task-count quota. Other feature packs keep their own limits.

What happens when I hit a limit?

That part becomes read-only until the 1st of the next month: you can open and download what you have, but not create, edit, send or delete. Add the matching pack from Plans & Add-ons to lift the limit at once. Prospects are not counted monthly: the limit counts every prospect you keep, won and lost ones included.

Can I mix and match packs?

Yes. Each pack is priced and turned on or off on its own, and they are billed together on one monthly or yearly invoice. Take only Invoicing, or Invoicing plus Banking plus Sales. You pay for exactly what you turn on.

How much does annual billing save?

20% on every pack, a little more than two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch to yearly billing from Plans & Add-ons in the app. Prices exclude VAT; the app shows your country's total before you pay.

Is my data locked in?

No. Enlivy is built with no vendor lock-in. Your data stays portable and exportable, on the Free account and on every paid pack.
