Your clients buy, sign and pay online. Monthly invoices go out on their own.

No. Clients open your offer or contract from the link in their email, and invoices arrive as a PDF. When they come back to the portal, they sign in with a six-digit code sent to their email address, so there is no password to create or forget.

Only for card payments. Enlivy connects to your own Stripe account, and card payments land there, not with us. Without Stripe, clients pay by bank transfer and you mark each invoice paid when the money arrives.

The first payment goes against a proforma invoice with your bank details. When you mark it paid, Enlivy issues the fiscal invoice, already paid, and starts the plan. After that, with the Billing Schedules pack, each billing date emails the invoice and you mark it paid when the transfer arrives. With the Banking pack, your bank transactions sit next to the invoices, so matching them is a click. Mark the first payment paid within seven days of acceptance: a sign-up that stays unpaid longer expires.

The invoice stays unpaid, and with the Invoicing pack the client also gets an email that the payment failed. Enlivy does not retry the card on its own: your team can charge it again from the invoice, and optional reminder emails go out around the due date. After three failed cycles in a row, the plan is marked as failing until money arrives or the client adds a new card.

Yes. Each plan bills in its own currency. When the price is set in one currency and billed in another, Enlivy converts at an official exchange rate (such as the ECB or the National Bank of Romania) and records the rate on the invoice line. It will not bill on a missing or outdated rate.

Yes. Import your clients from a CSV file. With the Billing Schedules pack, connecting Stripe also imports your Stripe subscriptions: they keep running in Stripe, and Enlivy shows them next to your other clients. New clients can start on an Enlivy plan straight away.
