Who can reach your records, how sign-in is protected and how renewals work.

Where it is stored

Generally on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA), with contractual clauses for transfers outside it.

    Cloud and email providers work under data processing agreements. Ask for the list at office@enlivy.com.

    You decide what goes in. Enlivy is your processor under the Data Privacy Addendum.

    Invoices, receipts, contracts and network exchanges.

  • Spreadsheets

    Payslips, bank transactions and prospects.

    JSON records and their files, kept a few days, for whoever can manage the organization.

LEAVING AND RENEWALS

Remove a pack, keep your records

Nothing is deleted when you leave a pack, and the free plan stays.

What the free plan covers

  • Remove a pack

    Under Plans & Add-ons. It runs to the end of the paid period, without a refund.

  • Your records

    Nothing is deleted. Past the free allowance you can open and download, not create.

  • The free plan

    The client portal and data export stay too.

  • Renewals

    Packs renew monthly or yearly on your saved card, and you get an email before each charge. Yearly costs 20% less than paying monthly.

  • Who can change it

    Roles with Billing & Membership can add or remove packs, switch the cycle and change the card. A pack added mid-period costs only the part left.

  • Losing access

    If you lose access to the service, ask for a backup within 10 days (Terms and Conditions, clause 8.1.10).

ACCESS AND SAFEGUARDS

Who can sign in, and what is protected

A second step with an authenticator app or passkey, and roles that limit what each user can do.

User roles

  • Sign-in

    At identity.enlivy.com, with an emailed six-digit code (valid for 10 minutes), a password, Google or a passkey.

  • Passwords

    15 characters or more, stored hashed.

  • Roles

    A role sets what its users can do: view, manage or delete, module by module. Nobody can grant a permission they lack.

  • Encryption

    Connections use HTTPS. Credentials for connected services are stored encrypted, and the API never returns them.

  • Deletion

    Deleted records stay in the trash for 30 days, then are removed for good.

E-INVOICES

EU e-invoice files, which you submit

Any invoice downloads as a Peppol BIS 3.0 file (EN 16931).

Network Exchanges

  • Sending

    Enlivy does not send the file over Peppol: you submit it.

  • National variants

    In five countries, a national variant too.
