Connect your mailbox (Gmail, SMTP, Amazon SES or Elastic Email) and proposals and invoices go out from your agency's address. Until you do, clients find them in your portal.

Agencies, answered
Can one proposal carry a deposit and installments?
Yes. Build the service as a package with a payment plan: a deposit, then installments, each with its own amount and a due day counted from the order. The client sees every payment before accepting. Once they sign and pay the first one, the Billing Schedules pack invoices the remaining installments when they fall due.
What if a milestone depends on delivery, not on a date?
Payment plans bill on a schedule counted from the order. When an installment should wait for a delivery, leave it out of the plan and issue that invoice yourself when you deliver. It stays on the client's record with the rest of the project.
What happens when the scope changes?
Send a new proposal for the extra work and link it to the client. When the terms change, the contract can get an amendment that stays linked to the original.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature. You can require each signer to confirm with a code sent by email or text message; Enlivy records how the document was read and a fingerprint of the signed text, and keeps the final PDF, with every signature, on the client's record. For documents that must carry a qualified electronic signature by law, use a qualified provider.
Do we pay per user?
No. Users and roles are free, and packs are priced per organization, so adding a designer or a project manager costs nothing. The one exception is the Helpdesk pack, which includes one seat and charges for extra seats.
What do clients see in the portal?
Their proposals, contracts, invoices, receipts and plans, plus support conversations with the Helpdesk pack, under your agency's name and in their language. They sign in with a code sent to their email, so there is no password to manage.
