Do I pay per user?
No. Users are free, so you can invite your whole team. The one exception is the Helpdesk: the pack includes one seat, and each extra seat is priced on its own.
Can I add and remove packs whenever I want?
Yes. You add or remove packs from Plans & Add-ons in the app. A pack you add in the middle of a billing period is charged for the part of the period that is left. A pack you remove stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing costs 20% less than paying monthly for the same packs, and you pay once a year. You can switch from Plans & Add-ons in the app.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Without VAT. Before you pay, the app shows the total with your country's VAT.
Do I need a card?
Not to start: the free account needs no card. You add one when you buy a pack or an add-on.
What happens when a free allowance runs out?
That part becomes read-only until the 1st of the next month: you can open and download what you have, but not create, edit, send or delete. Adding the matching pack lifts the limit at once. Prospects are not counted monthly: the limit counts every prospect you keep, won and lost ones included.
Is my data locked in?
No. You can export your data on every plan, including the free one.
