Prospects

The email you write yourself

The pipeline email that goes out to the prospect when they enter a stage: subject, body and buttons authored by you, per project, per stage, per language.

To

The lead

Someone in your pipeline who has not become a client yet.

Posted when

When a prospect enters a stage you configured

A prospect enters a pipeline status that has its notification email enabled for their project, whether they were created in it, edited into it, or advanced to it.

  • You write the words inside

Everything between the greeting and the footer is yours, configured on the stage itself: the subject, the body and every button label, in each language you serve, with the prospect receiving the language of their project. It sends only where you enabled it, waits a minute so a quick correction cancels it, skips if the prospect has already moved on, and will not repeat itself for the same stage within seven days. The demo shows a first-response note with three buttons; the variant below is the same stage with none configured.

The greeting and the footer are translated by the platform. Everything between them is the copy the organization wrote, which is why this demo reads the same in every language.

Enclosed

  • Your subject and your body, per language
  • Your buttons, each with its own label and link, or none at all
  • Your branding, on your own domain
  • Sent only on stages where you enabled it, at most once per stage per week

The variant

The same status, with no buttons configured

Buttons are optional per status, and a button missing its link or its label is dropped rather than rendered broken. A status that is an update rather than an invitation sends the same email without the button row.
