When an accepted proposal is never paid
An accepted proposal passes its expiry date without payment ever completing.
This is not an unanswered proposal. The client accepted and then never paid, so the email opens with exactly that, states that nothing was collected, and lists what was cancelled alongside it: the invoice, the proforma, the billing schedule. A proposal that raised no documents sends the same notice without the cancellation panel, rather than printing an empty section.
Every recipient reads it in their own language, not yours. Switch to see what different recipients receive.
Enclosed
- That it was accepted, then abandoned at payment
- An explicit 'nothing was collected'
- Every document cancelled with it, named
- Customer, value, accepted date and expiry date
