Enlivy

PIPEDRIVE ALTERNATIVE

Enlivy vs Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a strong sales CRM. Enlivy has the pipeline too, then carries the deal past the win: acceptance, signature, payment, invoices and renewals, in a portal with your name on it.

STRENGTHS ON BOTH SIDES

Where each one actually wins

Both have a sales pipeline. They split at the moment the client says yes.

Where Pipedrive wins

Pipedrive syncs your email with open tracking, runs email sequences and automations, books meetings and forecasts revenue. Its iOS and Android apps make and log calls, and it connects to more than 500 apps.

Enlivy has no calling, sequences, open tracking or forecasts. With the Helpdesk pack, each seller can connect their own mailbox: email with leads arrives in Enlivy and replies go out from that mailbox, but nothing is tracked.

Where Enlivy wins

Your client accepts the proposal, signs the contract and pays from your emails, with no password. The contract and every invoice use the prices they accepted.

Pipedrive's own invoicing feature sends invoices through a connected Xero or QuickBooks account. It issues no renewals and has no client portal.

AFTER THE YES

Start with the next proposal you send

Your client accepts it from the email, signs the contract and pays. Your sellers keep Pipedrive for the calls and emails before that.

PRICING

Per seat or per organization

Pipedrive charges for each person who sells. Enlivy charges once for the organization, so the gap grows with the team.

Pipedrive: a price per seat

Pipedrive publishes euro prices: Lite EUR 14, Growth EUR 39, Premium EUR 59 and Ultimate EUR 79 a seat a month, billed annually. E-signatures come with Premium, or with the Smart Docs add-on from EUR 32.50.

Five sellers on Premium pay EUR 295 a month. Invoicing needs a Xero or QuickBooks plan on top.

Enlivy: a price per organization

Sales costs $24.99 a month, and Contracts, Invoicing and Billing Schedules $12.49 each: $62.46 for the whole team, or EUR 49.96 on euro billing. Users are free, except Helpdesk agents after the first, at $23.75 (EUR 19) a month; the Helpdesk pack, which connects each seller's mailbox, is $24.99 (EUR 19.99).

The free plan holds 5 leads at a time and covers 3 proposals, 1 contract and 5 invoices a month. See plans and pricing.

WHO IT FITS

Who each one actually fits

Many sales teams use both: Pipedrive for daily selling, Enlivy from the proposal on.

Pipedrive fits you if

  • Your sellers spend the day on calls and email, and need sequences and tracking.
  • You plan each month from a revenue forecast.
  • You bill one-off deals from Xero or QuickBooks.

Enlivy fits you if

  • Your deals end in a proposal, a signed contract and invoices.
  • Clients pay every month or year, and you want renewals invoiced on time.
  • Your pipeline is simple, and you would rather pay once for the whole team.

Do not switch if

  • Your sellers work daily from call logs, email sequences and forecasts.
  • Your sales cycle has many touches, and you plan each month from the forecast.
  • Your invoices are one-off and already come from Xero or QuickBooks.

SWITCHING

Switching from Pipedrive

Most teams do not leave Pipedrive. They stop retyping the deal into three other tools after it is won.

What you run today

  • Pipedrive Leads, email and calls, up to the won deal
  • Smart Docs or an e-signature app The proposal and the signature
  • Xero or QuickBooks The invoice, typed from the deal
  • A spreadsheet or a billing tool Who renews, when, at what price

What it becomes

Enlivy

  • The proposal, accepted from the email at the price you sent
  • The contract, drafted from your template and signed online
  • The first invoice and the payment, by card or bank transfer
  • Renewals invoiced and emailed on each due date
  • A client portal under your name

What stays where it is

  • Pipedrive calling, sequences and forecasting
  • Xero or QuickBooks the books your accountant keeps

Pipedrive logs your sellers' calls, runs email sequences and forecasts revenue. Enlivy does none of that, so a team that sells by phone and outbound email keeps it. Enlivy is not accounting software either, so the books stay where they are.

How the move works

  1. 1

    Import your clients

Clients, leads and products import from a spreadsheet. Proposals and invoices from other tools do not.

  2. 2

    Set up one package

Your price, your contract template and how often the client pays.

  3. 3

    Send the next proposal

Start with the next deal you win. Nothing else has to move first.

TRY IT ON ONE CLIENT

PIPEDRIVE ALTERNATIVE

Enlivy vs Pipedrive: common questions

Can I use Enlivy alongside Pipedrive?

Yes, and many sales teams should. Keep Pipedrive for leads, email and calls, and start in Enlivy when the deal reaches the proposal. You add the client in Enlivy by hand, or Zapier or the Enlivy API can create it for you. From there, your client accepts the proposal, signs the contract and pays in Enlivy.

Does Enlivy have email sync, sequences and calling like Pipedrive?

Email, yes, through the Helpdesk pack. Each seller can connect their own mailbox. Enlivy checks it every two minutes, keeps each conversation in one thread, matches the sender to a lead or client, and sends your replies from that mailbox. It does not track opens or clicks, and the emails show in the Helpdesk, not on the lead's page.

Sequences, calling and revenue forecasts, no. If your sellers run outbound campaigns and spend the day on the phone, keep Pipedrive for that.

Does Enlivy send invoices itself?

Yes. Enlivy issues the invoice from the accepted proposal, at its prices, and your client can pay it by card or bank transfer. Every invoice also downloads as an EU e-invoice (EN 16931) in Peppol BIS 3.0, with a national variant for some countries, which you submit yourself except where Enlivy connects to the national system. Pipedrive's own invoicing feature sends invoices through a connected Xero or QuickBooks account.

Can I move my data from Pipedrive?

Clients, leads and products import from a spreadsheet. Proposals, contracts and invoices from other tools do not import, so you send new ones from Enlivy. If your clients pay through Stripe subscriptions, those import as recurring invoices with the Billing Schedules pack.

Which costs less for a team of five?

Pipedrive charges per seat and publishes euro prices: five sellers on Premium, the first plan with e-signatures, pay EUR 295 a month, billed annually, and invoicing needs a Xero or QuickBooks plan on top. Enlivy charges per organization and users are free: Sales, Contracts, Invoicing and Billing Schedules come to $62.46 a month for the whole team, or EUR 49.96 on euro billing, against Pipedrive's EUR 295. Prices checked in November 2026.
