Fixed tiers versus feature packs
Both charge for what a plan includes. The unit is just different.
HoneyBook: three tiers
HoneyBook has no free plan, only a 7-day trial, then three fixed tiers: $29 to $109 a month billed annually, or $36 to $129 month to month. Team size is capped by tier rather than charged per seat, so Starter carries no team members and Essentials up to two; unlimited members means the top tier. Scheduling, automations, and the QuickBooks integration are gated to Essentials and above, and card payments carry a separate processing fee on top of the subscription.
Enlivy: choose the packs you need
Enlivy prices per feature pack: invoicing, contracts, and the sales pipeline are separate packs; payroll is a separate pack and the customer portal is included, plus add-ons for extra bank connections and translation capacity.

Does Enlivy work outside the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, unlike HoneyBook?
Yes. Enlivy isn't limited by market: it bills in any currency and works in six languages. For a Romanian organization it sends invoices to Romanian clients through ANAF eFactura, and for other EU markets it can export a PEPPOL BIS 3.0 file you submit yourself. HoneyBook currently only supports the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Does Enlivy have scheduling and AI automations like HoneyBook?
Not in the same way. HoneyBook's Essentials and Premium plans include meeting scheduling and AI-assisted follow-ups: lead alerts, email drafts, and meeting notes. Enlivy doesn't replace a scheduling tool; it focuses on the pipeline, contracts, billing, and the EU financial back office. Playbooks cover internal process standardization, not client-facing scheduling.
Can I keep using HoneyBook's QuickBooks integration if I switch?
If you move to Enlivy, invoicing and payment collection come out of HoneyBook, so that integration point moves too.
